This industrial premises in the heart of the city is looking at cleaning up its public spaces. Pranav was commissioned to design two of its public entrance lobbies, one of which is now complete. The complex is now looking at changing its water use by introducing a rainwater harvesting facility, and solar power. 



Materials used are IPS (Indian Patent Stone) on the walls, Corten Steel as a protective dado to prevent stray trolleys from damaging the wall surfaces, Steel light fixtures with high power LED lamps.
